How are you joining us?
Everyone arrives here from a different place, so we will only ask you for what we need. Most guests are through in about two minutes.
One seat, or two
$250 a seat. Reception, dinner, and the program, and we will seat you with people worth meeting.
Claim a table of ten
You take the table, we hand you the invitation and the code, and your ten guests register against your name. Thirty tables, and they go quickly.
A host is holding a seat for you
You have an invitation code from the person who invited you, or from us. Confirm the seat, tell us about yourself, and you are done. No payment.
Put your name on the night
Seats, logo placement, and recognition from the stage. Start online or talk to a person, whichever you prefer.
Pregnancy Help 4 U
A woman never receives a bill at PH4U. Not for the pregnancy test. Not for the sonogram. Not for parenting classes. Not for having someone available to talk with online, 24/7.
When a woman discovers she may be pregnant, fear and uncertainty can set in quickly. The decisions she faces in the days ahead may shape her life for years to come. PH4U is a place in Fort Worth where she can walk in and find help, often that very same day. She can receive a pregnancy test and sonogram, sit with someone who will listen without judgment, and begin making a plan for what comes next. She does not have to navigate it alone.
And PH4U keeps walking with her. Through parenting classes, diapers, car seats, formula, practical resources, and ongoing support, that relationship continues long after the first appointment and even after the baby is born, when the challenges may simply take a different shape. No one at the door asks her to justify why she needs help. And no one hands her an invoice.
Everest Collective is underwriting the venue and event setup costs so that 100% of the evening’s proceeds can benefit Pregnancy Help 4 U rather than being used to cover the room or the entertainment. Your generosity helps ensure that when a woman walks through PH4U’s doors, the answer can continue to be: every service, no charge.
Seven hundred and seventy women walked in uncertain and walked out having decided to carry their child. That is the number the evening is built around.

Behind every number is a woman who needs access to compassionate care, trustworthy information, and support. The proceeds of this event support the clinic's work providing free services and resources to women in this community.
Every contribution helps sustain the care that happens inside those doors, from pregnancy testing and ultrasounds to education, counseling, and continued support. Together, we can help make sure that compassionate, no-cost care remains available to the women who need it.
Prenatal care, on site
Right now a woman who decides to carry her baby often waits weeks for a first prenatal appointment, because insurance and benefits take time to come through. PH4U wants to close that gap themselves, with early prenatal care in the building she already trusts.
The model looks like a midwife more than a clinic. Education, reassurance, somebody to answer the question she is embarrassed to ask, and it keeps working alongside her OB once she has one. What stands between them and it is nursing staff they can count on and room to put an exam table.
Put your name on the night
Three hundred people who run things in North Texas will be in one room for four hours. Everest Collective is paying for the venue and the set up costs, so 100% of the proceeds from the evening go to Pregnancy Help 4 U rather than into the room.

What kind of night this is
Doors open at 6:30 and the first hour is standing room, drink in hand, no assigned seat. Everyone wears a badge with one line on it, the thing they could talk about for an hour without notes, and by 7:15 the room sounds like people who already know each other.
Dinner is served at 7:30. Eight to a table, and the card at your place setting carries your name and that same line, so the people beside you have somewhere to start before the salad arrives.
There is one giving moment during dinner, it is short and it is the reason we are all in the room, and gifts made there go to Pregnancy Help 4 U directly. Then the night goes back to being a night. Music after, and the bar stays open.
Valet at the main entrance from 6:00. Self parking is on site and the walk is short and lit.
A block of rooms is held nearby under The Collective. Hotel and rate to confirm.
Black tie with a Texas accent. Tuxedos and gowns. Boots are welcome and so is turquoise.
Before you ask
Yes, of course. Tickets are $250 apiece, so add a seat for each person you are bringing when you register. If you need more than a few, host a table, and if a table is more than you need, write to us and we will find the seats.
Tell us before November 16 and we will release your seat to someone on the list. After that the dinner is already bought and the seating chart is already built, so the seat stays yours, and what you paid is still donated to Pregnancy Help 4 U.
Yes, and that one is deductible. Give to Pregnancy Help 4 U directly, they receipt you, and you never have to put on a tuxedo.
Black tie with a Texas accent. Tuxedos and gowns, and boots are welcome. If you own a dinner jacket that only comes out once a year, this is the night.
